Owner-cleared paths run the wooded back acreage past a sledding hill and mature maples, sweet gum and pin oak. The shared pond has an owner-built dock stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish for fishing, swimming and kayaking. Two miles from uptown Marysville, with Honda's Marysville and Raymond operations closer still.
